Our DHL parcel is already in SG but due to a traffic condition in SIngapore (likely due to the long weekend break), the freight
forwarder can only deliver it on coming Tues instead of Friday, which is the usual date of delivery. We'll be able to retrieve the tracking info for you on Tues if needed. You should receive it sometime mid next

Lets not waste time. I do not want any empty promises. Firstly if you are a seller you should sick the buyer permission if items are out of stock to replace with another item or other colours, and not make your personal decision for the buyer. As this is causing inconvience for the buyer. Please sent me the item before I will return the wrong item. I would have sent back the item and you can ignore me by not even sending anything. So please arrange for items to be deliveried to me before I will sent anything back to you.

HI Fiona, pls send the item back to us so that we can activate a replacement to you. We' send the blue cos if not, the shipment will be delayed for another 1 week. We sms u about 5x from HK to Sg and that alone cost $0.60 each per sms x 5 = $3.00 ^emp this is out of our own pocket.

We're located in HK, once our SG side confirms receiving the returned item, we'll send out the replacement to you from HK in our next outgoing shipment (we ship 1x or 2x a week fr Hk to Sg).
