	Having waited 3 wks for the bag, it finally arrived but with disappointment. The material is thin so is the lining. The bag looks, feels and smell rubbery. The design is otherwise ok. I made a mistake on the color. I`d wanted the grey-like as it`s meant for my mother but had selected beige thinking it was the grey. Waste $!

	Neutral because there`s good & bad; good: big enough for A4 size files; comes with an exterior zip pocket at the back of the bag; interior has a zip compartment & a phone pocket. bad: had a roundish bottom making it difficult to balance the A4 size files as body of bag does not have a frame. conclusion: could be used as an overnighter or a cabin bag.
